In 1994, Cubby Hole Texas 1 first opened its doors of a 500+ unit state-of-the-art storage facility in Longview, Texas under the ownership and management of Jerry Hendrix.

Currently under development for opening in the Spring of 2005 is our Phase 2 expansion at Cubby Hole Louisiana 3, Shreveport, LA with additional expansions being considered for 2006 and early 2007 for Cubby Hole Louisiana 1, Shreveport, LA, Cubby Hole Texas 2, Bryan, TX and Lock Box East, Longview, TX. Growth plans from now through 2010 look very exciting. New properties will be developed as well as existing properties meeting our criteria will be considered for acquisition.
